# Sử dụng Hành động Google Form

Hành động Google Form trên Appon là tính năng giúp bạn đẩy các thông tin dữ liệu về Google sheet 1 cách đơn giản.

Mình có ví dụ như sau: Bạn tạo App tại Appon và App này có mục đích là lấy lại thông tin những khách hàng quan tâm đến sản phẩm của bạn, và khi khách hàng để lại thông tin tại Form thì thông tin của khách hàng sẽ chuyển ngay đến Google Sheet.

Để làm được ví dụ trên thì các bạn cần thực hiện theo các bước như sau:\
1\. Tạo form ở Google Form truy cập <https://docs.google.com/forms>:

* Form gồm : Họ tên, số điện thoại, địa chỉ.
* Lưu ý : Google Form phải để ở chế độ công khai và dạng trả lời ngắn
* Ấn ViewForm và copy link ViewForm

2\. Đăng nhập vào Appon và thiết kế Form

* Tạo **Dữ liệu(Model)** để lưu trữ thông tin khách hàng điền
* Kéo **Block Input** và chọn **Model** lưu dữ liệu vừa tạo
* Kéo **Block Button** >> chọn "Hành đông" >> thêm hành động "Google Form" và dán link ViewForm copy ở bước 1 sau đó ấn "Get Form"

3\. Publish ứng dụng và Kiểm tra dữ liệu nhập Form về Google Sheet.
